The hanwoo ugeojitang is spicy with plenty of solid ingredients, and the hanwoo mutguk contains glass noodles and solid ingredients. At lunch, beef mutguk and yukhoe bibimbap are available, along with a soup made with cheongyang chili peppers. The beef mutguk has a clean flavor, so it does not suit those who prefer a rich broth.
