Seongsumi

Seongsumi is a Vietnamese restaurant serving pho and nem, located in the inner area north of Ttukseom Station in Seoul. The flame-grilled pho comes with fire-charred meat on top, and bean sprouts can be added for free. The broth is somewhat heavy, the noodles soak up the soup, and cilantro can be ordered as an extra. Pickled onions go well with the heavy broth.
