Seongsu Makguksu

Seongsu Makguksu is a makguksu restaurant near the Seongsu shopping street in Seoul, serving deulgireum, bibim, and mul makguksu along with bossam. The deulgireum makguksu has the flavor and chew of buckwheat, and the bossam comes out soft enough to melt in the mouth. On weekdays the seats fill around 11:30 a.m., and by 11:40 a.m. six parties were waiting. A wait forms at lunch, so you need to arrive early.
