Seongsu-dong Honey Twisted Bun

Seongsu-dong Ggul Kkwabaegi is a snack shop in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, selling kkwabaegi, glutinous rice doughnuts and hot dogs. The kkwabaegi are made from dough mixed with glutinous rice flour and corn flour, and the hot dogs hold a sausage in a batter coating. Orders are cooked to order, and the kkwabaegi dough is chewy without being greasy. The shop also sells danpat doughnuts, which stay palatable after they cool.
