Seongsu Baking Studio

Seongsu Baking Studio is a cafe near Seoul Forest in Seongsu, Seoul, selling baguettes, jambon beurre and ciabatta. The baguette, crisp outside and chewy inside, is the representative item, alongside olive cheese ciabatta and salt bread. It opens at 8 a.m., but the bread sells out fast so it often closes early, and butter tteok comes out after 10 a.m. There are almost no seats to eat inside the shop.
