Saunamee Seongsu is a restaurant near Seoul Forest Station in the Seongsu alleys that serves Malaysian-style sauna mee and stone-pot shabu-shabu. Its summer vegetable naengjeyuk sauna mee, mushroom sauna mee, and spicy beef are served in a broth simmered without MSG, as hot bowls or sotbap. Orders are placed at a kiosk at the entrance and eaten at bar seats, and the remaining broth can be finished as garlic porridge with rice and garlic flakes added. The mushroom sauna mee can be eaten as a vegetarian meal, and the bar seating makes it possible to eat alone.
