Samjukdon Wangsimni Branch is a Korean restaurant in Seoul where pork and beef are grilled on a pot lid. Its signature set pairs galbi bon-sal, pork jowl, and samgyeopsal (pork belly) with kimchi stew or cheonggukjang. The meat is grilled over charcoal in a special cauldron first, then smoked over straw fire, and served with minari, gosari, grilled kimchi, kongnamul, and sukju. The space seats up to 30 people at once and offers reservations and free parking.
