Sacheol Naengmyeon

Sacheol Naengmyeon is a naengmyeon restaurant in the Hanyang University Alumni Hall food alley in Haengdang-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, selling naengmyeon and mandu. Its mul naengmyeon uses a soy sauce-based broth topped with ice flakes and dadaegi, giving a sweet-and-sour flavor with a slight kick of spice. It is an old establishment that has operated near Hanyang University for a long time, and because it sits in an alley inside a building, it is hard to find at first. In summer, the wait is long.
