Sabre Sushi

Sabrosushi is a small sushi restaurant near Seoul Forest in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seoul, serving sushi and salmon dishes. The Sabro set includes flounder, pickled shrimp, tuna, and salmon sushi along with salmon hoe, and the salmon comes both grilled and raw. The dining room is small, so there can be a wait later in the day, and reservations are not accepted. The sushi comes with a lot of wasabi by default and is on the spicy side.
