Staff cut and grill the meat and vegetables at the table, and the grilled vegetables soaked in lamb fat come with a spicy and tangy sauce made with cheongyang peppers. On Friday evenings the hall fills up enough that walk-ins wait, and parking is available in front of the shop or at the public lot on the main road. Seating is bar-style and not spacious, so it does not suit group gatherings.
