Qui va la is a small bistro in the back alleys of Seongsu that serves Mediterranean dishes and wine. Its signature dishes are Parisian gnocchi, grilled sea bream, scallop dishes and truffle pasta, and it has a well-stocked wine list. The owner-chef handles both cooking and serving alone, and there are only three tables besides the room. Visiting without a reservation is difficult.
