Otsu is a Japanese restaurant in Seoul that serves otsu-don and ochazuke. You can order buta no kakuni ochazuke and otsu-don ochazuke, and you read the instructions on the table to eat them. Orders are placed at a kiosk in the basement space. The space is small, so a wait is required at peak times.
