Ol-Eum

Oleum is a Japanese restaurant in Seongsu-dong 2-ga, Seoul, serving a sashimi omakase with traditional liquor pairings. The course runs from truffle surahn to mackerel sotbap and Kyoto udon. Both the bar seats and the separate tables sit close to the chef, making conversation easy. The interior is plain and small.
