Koretsu Live is a seafood omakase restaurant in Seongsu, Seoul, serving a course built around snow crab and crustaceans. The course differs from sushi omakase, using seasonal ingredients and bringing out the natural flavor of the snow crab, with sake pairings that work well alongside it. Reservations are required, and the course includes enough food that diners feel full partway through. Prices are on the high side.
