Myeonhwa

Myeonhwa is a restaurant in an alley near Bangtongdae in Seongsu, Seoul, serving beef rice bowls and kalguksu (knife-cut noodles). You can order a beef rice bowl or seafood kalguksu, and the rice bowl dishes are strongly spicy. Myeonhwa operates without a break and uses noodles made in-house. The kalguksu noodles are clumped together, and the broth is salty.
