Musaek Japanese Cuisine is a Japanese restaurant near Ttukseom in Seongsu, Seoul. It focuses on aged hoe, where dried and aged fish keeps its texture, along with seasonal fish dishes. Sashimi and sushi can also be ordered in the quiet, monochrome-toned space. The aged hoe is on the higher end of the price range.
