The menu includes brisket, beef rib, and pulled pork platters, along with samgyeopsal porchetta and portobello mushrooms. The signature platter requires a reservation one day in advance, and the meat is smoked on the first floor before being served in the second-floor dining room. Brisket is not available as a single item and can only be ordered as part of a platter.
