The suyuk comes in a rich, clean broth with tender, chewy meat, and the donkatsu is fried crisp in an old-fashioned style. You can bring your own alcohol with no corkage fee, including drinks the restaurant does not sell, and get extra buchu and rich broth on request. The kimchi jeon contains samgyeopsal, and the haemul pajeon contains raw shrimp and squid.
