Menya Pomo Seongsu serves Japanese ramen centered on tomato ramen in Seongsu. The Original Special Tomato Ramen comes with beef minchi katsu, a rich broth, and tomato, and the remaining soup is finished with cheese rice eaten like risotto. The shop is mostly two-person tables, with a separate solo dining corner and unlimited rice refills at a self bar. The broth has tomato acidity and spice, the noodles are chewy, and shrimp tempura and karaage can be ordered as well.
