Maple Top Pancake Club

Maple Top is a large brunch cafe near the main street of Seongsu in Seoul, serving American-style brunch and pancakes on the second floor of Seongsu Yeonbang. Its signature items are pancakes soaked in syrup, croffles, American breakfast, smoked salmon eggs Benedict, and omelets. The space has terrace seating and a wide, open interior, and many foreign customers visit. On weekends a wait often forms because of the crowds.
