Kkochi Sangjeom

Kkochisangjeom is a skewer grill restaurant near Ttukseom Station in Seongsu, Seoul, serving charcoal-grilled skewers and drinking snacks. Skewers are grilled one at a time as soon as they are ordered, cooked close to medium rare and served with basil mayonnaise. The first order has a minimum order requirement excluding drinks, and a wait forms in the evening. On hot days the charcoal makes the inside of the restaurant hot and humid.
