Kacheujen

Katsujen is a Japanese restaurant selling donkatsu inside the Centras shopping complex in Seoul. The cheese donkatsu uses a moderate amount of cheese and comes out with a clean fry, and the katsudon is tender. It works well for eating alone, and the menu also covers kimchi udon, nagasaki udon, naeng momil, and albap in one place. It is not a special restaurant worth traveling a long distance for.
