Jogaerang Gopchang

Jogaerang Gopchang is an old-established restaurant in Wangsipni serving grilled shellfish and gopchang (grilled intestines). The vegetable gopchang is soft but can also have a gamey smell and a chewy texture. Sundae bokkeum, makchang (beef abomasum), and haemul sundubu (seafood soft tofu stew) are also on the menu. Ojingeo muchim is mild, and octopus sukhoe is undercooked.
