Jiugwan is a counter-seat restaurant on the edge of Seongsu in Seoul that serves Taiwanese dishes and Hong Kong dim sum. Its luroufan is a rice bowl topped with samgyeopsal braised in spices and soy sauce along with stir-fried vegetables, and its beef noodle soup carries a strong mala aroma. All seats are at the bar, and the open kitchen pulls noodles and fries shrimp to order, so food comes out quickly. There is no parking lot.
