Jeongeunine Gopchang

Jeongeunine Gopchang is a gopchang restaurant in the Wangsimni gopchang alley in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, serving vegetable gopchang, soegopchang, and makchang. The vegetable gopchang keeps the texture of the cabbage and has almost no smell, while the makchang is soft and savory. The restaurant also sells gancheonhyeop and saenggan, and orders often add bokkeumbap after the gopchang. The gopchang and vegetable gopchang range widely in taste, from acceptable to disappointing.
