Jeil Yang Daechang

Jeil Yangdaechang is a restaurant in Seoul that grills yangdaechang over charcoal. The daechang (beef large intestine) has little odor and takes on a charred, smoky flavor. Aged kimchi and fresh salad are served as side dishes, along with a seasoned sauce. Both the yangdaechang and the side dishes are of good quality.
