Jeil Gopchang

Jeil Gopchang is a gopchang-gui restaurant in Wangsimni, Seoul, serving moduem gopchang and daechang. Staff grill and cut the pre-cooked gopchang at the table, and the gopchang is packed with gop and the makchang is chewy. Tables are held through Tableling at the storefront, and with seating on the second floor the line moves quickly; on a Saturday at 5:11 p.m. 20 teams were ahead but entry took 25 minutes. Additional orders are not possible, so you have to choose everything you will eat at the start.
