Io Hanwoo Gui Sukiyaki Seongsu serves hanwoo grilling, sukiyaki and shabu-shabu, and sits near Seongsu Station and Ttukseom Station. The signature hanwoo sukiyaki simmers chae-kkeut deungsim and anshim two-plus hanwoo in either a soy-based or kelp-based broth, then the meat is dipped in egg yolk before eating. The sukiyaki includes four mushrooms — saesongi, paengi, pyogo and neutari — along with several vegetables, and staff cook it at the table. The dining space is small.
