Insaeng Hanwoo

Insaeng Hanwoo is a Korean beef restaurant inside Majang-dong Livestock Market in Seoul. Customers pick cuts such as saewoosal, deungsim, and salchisal from a butcher counter, then grill them over charcoal. The second floor is clean and bright, unlike the shabby exterior of the building, and charcoal and side dishes come out once the meat is chosen. The wait line is long, with waits of over an hour.
