Hyeseong Bunsik

Hyesung Bunsik is a small snack shop in Seongsu, Seoul, serving ramyeon, tonkatsu, dolsot bibimbap, and sogalbitang. The sogalbitang comes in a ttukbaegi and is served very hot, with more broth than meat or other ingredients. At lunch, locals eat here and choose from several menu items. The mandu have a soft texture and a mild filling.
