Hyeonbang Obaek So Galbisal is a meat restaurant near the Seongsu hot spot in Seoul that grills beef galbisal over charcoal. It serves raw galbi alongside doenjang jjigae, and a self-service bar is available inside the store. Around six in the afternoon on a weekday only two seats were empty, and a wait formed shortly after. The beef galbisal costs less than samgyeopsal, and the meat quality and taste are good.
