HwaHWADON SUNGSU

Hwahwadon Seongsu is a Vietnamese restaurant in Seongsu, Seoul, that serves pho and donkatsu together. The donkatsu is fried to order, with a crisp coating and moist meat, while the pho has a clean broth topped with soft meat and chives. Around 3 p.m. there was no wait to get in, and seats were plentiful right after opening. The donkatsu plate comes with salad, noodles, and meat, and it can be ordered with spicy pho instead.
