Hitori Udon

Hitori Udon is a basement udon shop near Hanyang University in Wangsimni, Seoul, serving nikku udon, shrimp tempura udon, and yukhoe deopbap. The nikku udon centers on grilled meat with a smoky aroma and chewy noodles, and curry and rice are offered as unlimited refills. Orders are placed and paid for in advance at a kiosk, and diners pick up danmuji, kimchi, curry, and rice from a self-service bar. The shop closes early between 6 and 7 p.m. when ingredients run out, and the basement space has few seats, so it tends to fill up at lunch.
