Heejeong Bogam Jok

Huijeong Bogam Jok is a restaurant near Exit 5 of Ttukseom Station in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, serving jokbal and bossam. The half-and-half jokbal is boiled until tender and chewy without any off-odor, and the seasoning is neither overly sweet nor harsh. At lunch it serves the bossam set meal, and in the evening it serves bossam and jokbal, with an extra bowl of rice provided free of charge. The bossam set meal comes with a relatively small portion of bossam.
