Heavy Steak Seongsu

Heavy Steak Seongsu is a steak restaurant on Yeonmujang-gil in Seongsu, Seoul, serving chuck flap, hambak steak, and chicken steak on a hot iron plate. The steak arrives medium rare and finishes cooking on the residual heat, with wasabi, mustard, pink salt, black pepper, and a house sauce on the side. Soup comes out first after ordering, and the cheese bulgogi set follows with bulgogi, ramyeon, cheese, and kimchi bokkeum bap in that order. The dining room has been hot and filled with smoke when the air conditioning failed or ventilation was insufficient.
