Haengdang Dakhanmari

Haengdang Dak Hanmari is a restaurant in the Haengdang Market food alley in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, serving dak hanmari and kalguksu noodles. The chicken comes in a clear, light broth and is dipped in a chive and mustard sauce, with kalguksu added to the remaining broth at the end. The chicken arrives partly cooked, so the seasoning is prepared in advance and the pot is boiled at the table. In summer the indoor seating gets very hot.
