Haengbokhan Sikdang is an old-style restaurant in Seongsu, Seoul, that serves a single menu item: domestically raised fresh samgyeopsal (pork belly). The samgyeopsal arrives as one platter without ordering, and is grilled with kimchi in a cast-iron pan at the table. In the evening there is often a wait, and the bokkeum bap is made by ordering gonggi bap and frying it yourself. The space is small and gets crowded.
