Hadongjin

Hadongjin is a small restaurant in Seoul that serves dwaeji gukbap and milmyeon. The dwaeji gukbap has a light, clean broth with plenty of soft pork, and the milmyeon comes with cold broth and large pieces of meat. There is seating on the second floor, and the suyuk is served in thick slices that you cut with scissors. The hall is small and crowded, so the room is noisy during a meal.
