Gwangjang Jokbal Bonga

Gwangjang Jokbal Bonga is a jokbal restaurant in Seongsu, Seoul, located across from Seongsu Jokbal. The jokbal is boiled without any gamey smell, and it comes with soft, chewy skin along with pickled perilla leaf and chive salad. In the evening, the place fills with office workers on company dinners, and the makguksu noodles are on the spicy side, topped with raisins and peanuts. There is more bone than lean meat, so the portions are not generous.
