Gogi Bok is a butcher-shop restaurant in Seoul that sells Hanwoo and beef. Hanwoo can be chosen as a preferred-cut and special-cut platter, and there is also salchisal. Because it operates as a butcher-shop restaurant, customers pick their meat and pay a table-setting fee to eat it. Some customers have been regulars for nearly ten years.
