Gandou Sushi The Seongsu

Gandou Chobapjip The Seongsu is a sushi restaurant on Seongsu i-ro 7-gil in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, set slightly away from the main street of Seongsu. It serves sushi and hoe, along with saewoojang and yeoneojang that are not salty. The same fish has little of a fishy taste, and the hoe is cut thick, giving it a aged texture. The udon served alongside has chewy noodles.
