Gando Dining

Gandoudining is a sushi sakaba in Ttukseom serving sushi, aged hoe, and Japanese snacks. It offers lemon-zest flounder, salmon, yellowtail, shimesaba bozushi, yakisoba, and aglio olio, with shari pressed lightly so it loosens in the mouth. The space has three tables and Suntory Premium Malt's draft beer is available alongside. Karaage has a thin, crisp batter and the aged hoe is cut thick.
