Gaengsaeng

Gaengsaeng is a prison-themed bar in the basement of the Wangsimni university district in Seongdong-gu, Seoul. It serves pasta and jeon as anju, including truffle potato jeon, mentaiko cream pasta, hangjeong suyuk shabu, rosé pastang, and menbosha, along with gaengsaeng soju and cranberry soju. The space is large enough for friend gatherings and club hoesik. The crowd is mostly young, so it does not suit those expecting a quiet drinking session.
