Food Gallery Bin

Food Gallery Bin serves fusion Korean dishes centred on tofu in the alleys of Seongsu, Seoul. Its tofu course and omakase were developed by a craftsman who has made tofu for over 30 years, and they bring out the nutty, soft character of the tofu itself. The menu includes chadol dubu jorim, jjamppong sundubu and dubu salad, and coffee and drinks can be ordered as well. The flavours are clean, but the dishes lack a distinct or pronounced character.
