Eunjun Rice Noodles

Eunjun Ssalguksu is a Vietnamese restaurant on the second floor near Seoul Forest in Seoul. It serves beef pho, seafood pho, and bun cha, with the beef pho using a clear, cool broth and plenty of cilantro, and the bun cha coming with fried spring rolls and a crunchy pickled carrot and radish side. The owner, who is from Vietnam, cooks the food, and orders are placed at a kiosk. During lunch hours, customers crowd in and food takes about 40 minutes to come out.
