Etrebakehouse is a bakery in Seongsu, Seoul, that bakes several kinds of salt bread. The lineup runs from plain salt bread to chocolate, garlic cream, jambon beurre, and butter red bean, baked crisp on the outside and soft inside. On weekday afternoons at 4 p.m., takeout and in-store customers form separate lines, and seating is available on the second floor. The crust is too hard and the inside is less chewy than it should be.
