Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu Oksu Branch

Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu Oksu is a shabu-shabu restaurant on the second floor of an apartment complex near Oksu Station in Seoul. Its clear mushroom kalguksu comes with a broth containing minari and potato, followed by vegetables, noodles, and bokkeumbap. Diners cook the minari in the water first, then add the noodles and bokkeumbap in turn. The kimchi is very salty.
