Deulchangko

Deulchangko is a samgyeopsal restaurant in Majang-dong, Seoul. It grills pork jowl and green tea samgyeopsal on a pot lid and adds bean sprouts and kimchi on top. Staff cut and grill the thick meat at the table, so smoke and odor stay mild. The bokkeumbap contains bean sprouts and leaves a greasy taste.
