Dipin Oksu is an Italian restaurant on the basement level of Oksu in Seoul that serves squid-ink fresh pasta and tarts. Its signature items are tuna tartare, sourdough, and truffle butter, and the fresh pasta comes out thin and chewy. The space has an open kitchen and a single long communal table, and dinner requires a drink order. There is no sign, which makes the place hard to find.
