Damsot Seongsu

Damsot Seongsu is a Korean restaurant in a small alley off Exit 4 of Seongsu Station, serving solbang rice topped with eggplant, garlic scapes, or mackerel. For the eggplant solbang, soy sauce soaks into the rice and the eggplant is soft. Water from a kettle is poured into the rice left in the pot to make nurungji. Break time runs until 17:00, and the waiting list is registered on a CatchTable tablet in the corner of the wall, with a wait forming at lunch.
